Before an LOS Client can integrate with Lender Price via iFrame, the following client-side APIs must be implemented:

• Loan Officer API

  Retrieves loan officer information from the LOS client.

• Loan Information API

  Retrieves basic data from the LOS client, such as borrower and property information, for a specified loan.

• Lock Action API

  This API:

  • Retrieves lock events, if any, from the LOS client.

  • Submits lock actions taken by Lender Price to the LOS client.

Each of these APIs and their respective methods is required to enable Lender Price to pull correct information from the LOS client in order to price and lock loans for LOS customers.
